Registrations / Accreditation
Electronic Integration Inc. is pleased to announce its recent ISO 9001:2008 certification. The certification of compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognizes that the policies, practices and procedures of our company ensure consistent quality in the product we provide our customers. With this certification, our customers can be confident that EII is dedicated to maintaining the highest efficiency and responsiveness in achieving our ultimate goal – guaranteed customer satisfaction.
To become certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant Electronic Integration Inc. underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformances in the quality management system.
The process culminated in a comprehensive registration audit by NSF-ISR Registrar. After correction and closure of all non-conformances, EII received its ISO 9001:2008 certificate of registration on November 11th, 2015.
Audits: To maintain our certification, NSF-ISR Registrar will perform audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement. Our customers can be confident that EII will continue to provide the high quality products they have come to expect well into the future.
We believe that our decision to become ISO 9001 Certified is a proactive one that not only anticipates the demands of our customers, but also demonstrates our commitment to providing quality products and services to all our customers.
Inspections: We build and inspect using best manufacturing practices described in IPC J-STD-001E. This standard presumes components, materials, designs, tools and methods conform to a number of other IPC standards. These standards are extensions of the J-STD-001. We make every effort to ensure that your design conforms to IPC-2220 series of Design Standards. Workmanship Standards we follow are IPC-A-610E Class 2, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.

From 1st July 2006, new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market in the European Union shall not contain substances known to be harmful to humans and animal life:
• Lead (Pb)
• Mercury (Hg)
• Cadmium (Cd)
• Hexavalent chromium (VI) (Cr (VI)
• Certain brominated flame retardants (BFR’s)
• Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB’s)
• Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE’s)
The Maximum Concentration Values are 0.1% by weight (1000 ppm) in “homogeneous materials” for lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenylethers, and 0.01% by weight (100ppm) for cadmium. These limits will apply to all components within the equipment, unless otherwise exempt.
RoHS Compliance and EII
IF our customer requires a ROHS compliant assembly per their BOM we will purchase parts accordingly so as to comply with Rohs requirements.
